Due to the nature of the disputes, which can often be highly contentious in nature, we are looking for candidates with a background in client-facing roles and candidates that can demonstrate a high degree of resilience and empathy.
You’ll ideally have previous experience as a Paralegal handling your own caseload within a property or general litigation environment. You’ll also have sound knowledge of SRA Standards & Regulations, and Data Protection legislation including GDPR.
With your strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail, you’ll be comfortable working autonomously and able to learn independently. You’ll also be confident, personable and approachable with exceptional customer service focus.
Other key requirements include:
- A comprehensive working knowledge of Property Law and Civil Procedure.
- Experience of running a significant case load with appropriate supervision.
- Willingness to own each customer interaction to ensure service excellence for customers.
- Experience of case management and financial management and an understanding of the drivers behind a profitable and successful business.
- A confident telephone manner with the ability to deal with clients who may be distressed and emotional due to the circumstances they find themselves in.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and work to timeframes and deadlines.
