We would love to hear from candidates with previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as retail, call centres, hospitality or similar environments. Previous experience within a law firm or knowledge of legal processes would be an advantage but it is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. You will be able showcase skills and ability to manage a varied workload.
