The ideal candidate will have previous in-house resourcing / recruitment advisory experience at team leader, supervisor or manager level, and able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience managing full end to end recruitment process within specialist and volume hiring models including using applicant tracking systems;
- Experience and knowledge of recruitment best practice, inclusivity, process, policy and awareness of the appropriate legislation;
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with stakeholders of all levels, maintaining a fair and robust approach and challenging where appropriate
- Experience of leading on direct candidate attraction and proactive candidate sourcing techniques;
- Effective management of third party providers including management of PSL relationship and performance management of agreements.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse relevant data and market trends and communicate these effectively
