Our Employment Law team manage all aspects of employment law, from advising an employee on pursuing an unfair dismissal claim, or a claim for unpaid wages, to defending claims of whistleblowing and discrimination on behalf of respondents. As well as acting for employees and employers during the litigation process, they also provide advisory HR services such as drafting contracts & policies or guiding and supporting businesses through the complexity of employment law requirements.
We’re looking for someone join us as an Employment Associate, to handle a variety employment work, from initial referral to conclusion. This will involve non-contentious work, such as advice on settlement agreement terms, drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements, contracts of employment and handbooks and policies
We drive a culture of effective and efficient case handling, so you’ll ensure our customers always receive the highest standard of service, and you’ll adhere to regulatory and company processes, whilst considering the cost aspects.

This is a hybrid role – minimum 2 days per week in the office. The role can be full-time or part-time (4 days a week, or the equivalent hours), and you’ll be based at our Bedwas office in South Wales.
