About The Role

ARAG UK Group are looking for a proactive Project Manager to join our high performing and friendly Change department.

The successful candidate will hold responsibility for supporting the delivery of the organisational change agenda. Working with senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll identify required resources to support change projects, initiatives and activities, whilst managing the updates, reporting and communications for implementations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop relationships, whilst ensuring that legal and regulatory obligations and understood and discharged and ensuring the timely and in-budget delivery of assigned projects for the organisation.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and development to assigned Business Analysts.
  • Actively participating in Change related forums and team meetings, as well as chairing relevant Steering Committee meetings.
  • Overseeing the delivery of projects & initiatives within risk appetite and organisational budgets with detailed project plans and maintaining budget tracking.
  • Working with IT & Architecture to align on delivery activities and timetables, in addition to working with Change Management support (where assigned) to manage stakeholder impacts.
  • Overseeing the production of ‘fit for purpose’ business requirements and milestones.
  • Ensuring robust and effective risk management across all projects, as well as appropriate project documentation and artefacts are being maintained.
  • Ensuring that appropriate testing is undertaken by relevant parties prior to release, and providing respectful challenge where applicable to the project teams and stakeholders.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with an understanding of the LEI market and products, with proven experience of delivering complex projects. You'll have an understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, tools and techniques, with a passion for ensuring good customer outcomes and an empathy for the impacts change can have on an organisation and its customers.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to communicate and present effectively, with comfortability challenging senior stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Excellent planning and time-management skills, with a strong commercial acumen and financial awareness
  • Ability to problem solve and deliver all work with pace and urgency, whilst fostering an environment within project teams where this is commonplace
  • Comfortability managing ambiguity and changing circumstances
  • Ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines, whilst motivating and encouraging others
