Paralegal

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially around being able to explain legal concepts to clients in a straightforward and easily understood manner. 

• You should have experience in confidently communicating with a variety of external parties.

• Whilst extremely rewarding, due to the nature of our clients disputes this role can occasionally be quite sensitive and challenging, and you should therefore be resilient and have a good level of confidence to manage vulnerable clients
• Good knowledge and skillset in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Teams.
•  Be enthusiastic and willing to learn, and to work as part of a team.
• Have the ability to act on own initiative, knowing when to seek support.
•  You must be customer focussed in your approach to work and strive to provide a quality and efficient service to clients, including commercial insurer clients.
•  You must have the ability to identify risks and/or issues along with making suggestions for the appropriate mitigation of the same and to escalate them appropriately in accordance with company policy.
• Have an ability to prioritise and work under pressure managing numerous commitments simultaneously.
