Based in our Bristol office, just a short walk from Cabot Circus with excellent transport links, you will be working from bright, modern offices alongside experienced and supportive colleagues. In this telephone‑based role, you’ll be a first point of contact for policyholders and business partners, managing calls and emails with empathy, clarity and professionalism. You will provide guidance, reassurance and accurate information, while working closely with colleagues across our claims, law and legal advice teams to support positive customer outcomes.
This role plays a vital part in the smooth running of our claims and legal services. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering great customer service and is keen to develop new skills.
