Supply Chain Lead Auditor

ARAG UK are looking for an individual who’s confident leading audits, comfortable challenging supplier performance, and passionate about improving how we deliver our services to customers. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a knack for spotting risks, and a collaborative mindset, this could be your next move.

What you’ll be doing:

• Setting and leading the annual audit plan for our claims supply chain.
• Running audits (on-site and remote) to assess supplier performance, service quality, and compliance.
• Producing clear, actionable audit reports and following up on recommendations.
• Working closely with internal teams and suppliers to drive improvements in customer experience, complaints handling, and claims leakage.
• Collaborating with our data lead to capture meaningful insights and shape future audit plans.

Only a stone’s throw from Bristol Temple Meads station, we have newly refurbished, modern city centre offices where the role is based. This is a full-time (35 hours per week, Monday-Friday) and permanent role, but please do let us know if you are keen to explore flexible working arrangements and we can see if we can accommodate.

You’ll be great in this role if:

• You’ve got experience in auditing, ideally within financial services or insurance.
• You understand outsourcing risks and regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, SRA).
• You’re confident managing relationships and challenging performance constructively.
• You’re resilient, detail-focused, and able to keep things moving even when things get tricky.
• You’re a strong communicator—clear, concise, and able to tailor your message to different audiences.
