You’ll also assist our Legal Advice Team Leaders by helping them to support, coach and mentor new and existing Legal Advisors, as well as providing technical expertise and guidance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying training needs (training needs analysis) via effective monitoring of legal advice calls and providing analysis and constructive feedback to the Legal Advisors.
- Assisting with relevant legal queries and acting as a technical referral point for Legal Advisors.
- Developing / amending any training required, in line regulatory changes and / or legal updates.
- Supporting management with strategic initiatives to develop and drive our Legal Advice service.
- Understanding and complying with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) regulations and statutory obligations.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our Legal Advisors provide exceptionally high levels of customer service via telephone and other digital channels and guide them to deliver a competitive and productive Legal Advice service, where great customer outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.
This is a hybrid role – ideally 3 days a week in our Bristol office. Also required, will be occasional travel to our Bedwas office in South Wales (2-3 times a month). The role can be full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days a week, or the equivalent hours).
