About The Role


ARAG UK Group are looking for a proactive Onboarding & Project Manager to join our high performing and friendly Change department.
The successful candidate will hold responsibility for supporting the delivery of the organisational change agenda. Your key focus is predominantly ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services and change activities to new clients, partners, suppliers and customers. This is an exciting and varied role, where you will work closely with customers as well as key stakeholders in the business ensuring that key deadlines are met.

In addition, you will follow a clear, effective, efficient, timely and repeatable process for on-boarding new clients and delivering solutions for partners in line with the Change Governance framework. This will entail liaising with Distribution / Partnering teams to understand and plan their pipeline / targets, as well as facilitating different stakeholder groups to ensure that their needs, requirements and risks associated with new clients, partners and solutions are understood and balanced. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be managing senior stakeholder relationships and work across the stakeholder groups to ensure implementations that work for all parties
.
 
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing the updates / reporting / communications for implementations / projects / initiatives, including monitoring the benefits, risks and costs of change for the implementation / project. 
- Ensuring that legal and regulatory obligations are understood and discharged. 
- Overseeing the timely, quality, in-budget delivery of assigned projects for the organisation.
- Maintaining relevant project documentation and artefacts
- Working with the Head of Change, to assess and resolve delivery issues, risks and misaligned priorities and dependencies.
- Providing leadership and development to assigned Business Analysts and actively participate in Change related forums and team meetings.
- Overseeing the delivery of projects & initiatives within risk appetite and organisational budgets.
- Working with IT & Architecture to align on delivery activities and timetables.
- Overseeing the production of ‘fit for purpose’ business requirements and milestones.
- Working with Change Management support (where assigned) to manage stakeholder impacts.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with an understanding of the LEI market and products, with proven experience of delivering client and partner related change. You'll have an understanding of project management frameworks, methodologies, tools and techniques, with a passion for ensuring good customer outcomes and an empathy for the impacts change can have on an organisation and its customers.

In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:

Confident communicator with excellent communication skills, and comfortable managing ambiguity and changing circumstances
Strong planning, time-management and administrative skills, as well as commercial and financial awareness and awareness of risk and control
