We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy and supportive HR Team, on a fixed-term contract basis until February 2026. The role is full-time, but we are happy to consider candidates wanting to work part-time, however this would need to be a minimum of 28 hours a week over 4 or 5 days.
In this role you’ll play a key part in supporting our HR team, managers and employees by providing generalist HR administrative support across all areas of HR.

The role
Reporting to a HR Business Partner, you’ll be an approachable first point of contact for managers and employees with a wide variety of general HR enquiries, and you’ll work collaboratively with our other HR teams (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Reward and Payroll) to ensure that a coordinated and high standard of HR service is provided across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Producing standard or bespoke employee letters such as new starter paperwork, offer letters, employment contracts, changes of terms and employee references.
- Responsibility for the new starters, leavers and internal movers’ processes.
- Data entry of confidential employee information into our HR system (HRIS).
- Managing the HR email Inbox and directing enquiries to the appropriate teams.
- Maintaining accurate employee records for Payroll and managing employee files.
- Coordination of our company benefits i.e. the company car scheme.
- Basic analysis and production of various HR reports using the HR system.
- Working to ensure that best practice HR solutions are followed, escalating any risk issues through the HR Advisors or HR Business Partners.
